As we are nearing the end of the semester, the SWE historians want to go back on some funky fun memories of the past few months.
During the Sustainable Swaps with Unplastic event, a powerpoint with step-by-step explanations of ways to live life sustainably and save $$ was presented and used as the guideline for discussion. There was an authentic conversation in the chat and zoom call about everyone's favorite sustainable swaps that they used in their personal everyday lives.
Later in the call, Joy from Unplastic came to elaborate about her company and how to shop and keep an eye out for these swaps.
Thank to Rachel Blaydes for organizing this informative and sweet event. It was a perfect way to introduce anyone to different options they may have not been aware of.
